I usually don’t write reviews, but I wanted to warn others about this property. The property wasn’t as clean as it should be, especially since you must pay a cleaning fee. There were spider webs in the house going up the stairs, and the refrigerator smelled horrible and had random strands of hair in it. The master bathtub had a dead bug in it. There was no wash clothes, even though I wouldn’t have used them. The upstairs shower had hair in it. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. Also, the smoke alarm was beeping loudly in one of the bedrooms upstairs. I called the property manager when we arrived to advise them of the cleanliness of the townhouse and the fire alarm. They advised that someone would be out that evening to change the battery and that the housekeeper would be by in the morning. We left for the evening and returned around 11 pm, but the battery had not been changed.
I messaged the property manager to advise and never received a response. I couldn’t sleep in that room with the loud beeping, so I went to Walgreens at 11:30 to purchase a battery and had to replace the battery myself. I also bought some cleaning products and wiped everything down myself. I was very disappointed that the property manager didn’t have the decency to apologize. I was visiting my daughter at LSU for Family Weekend, so I didn’t allow their unprofessionalism to ruin our trip.
