Our home is in close proximity to most major stores including the mall. We are minutes away from LSU and a comfortable commute to Southern University.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels on the floor in the laundry room
Place all trash bags in trash bins located on the side of the home. If checking out on Sundays or Tuesdays, roll the bin to the street.
Be sure to remember to turn everything off and set the AC to 78 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
