-3 bedrooms: 1 master w/ king sized bed (sleeps 2),1 with 2 Double beds (sleeps 4), 1 bedroom suite with a double bed and 2 double pull out beds(sleeps 6 with beds pulled out), one brand new queen size pull out bed in den (sleeps 2).
-Comfortably sleeps 14 with 2 to each bed.
