We are a family of 5 who enjoy all the winter and summer sports that Park City has to offer. If you do too, you will appreciate this location as it’s all accessible right out our door.

Why they chose this property

We bought this home during COVID when it was a mound of dirt. It took 2 more years to build and we moved in January 2022. The location next to the lake and the Jordanelle Gondola and new East Village of Deer Valley were the selling points.

What makes this property unique

Lake views from the living, bedroom, and deck spaces upstairs and easy and short access to the lake, Gondola and East Village.
