The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and flows seamlessly into the dining room. Outside, you`ll find a large patio that’s ideal for grilling and enjoying the fire pit (Bring your own firewood). Both the beach and downtown are located within walking distance.

This is a beautiful classic beach house. Clean fresh well maintained comfortable, pretty light blue color and some white walls. It was easy to get in easy to park, easy to go to the beach, and near a really great corner store. With excellent lobster rolls. We had a fantastic time.

Our extended family of 9 (Parents, grandparents, grandchildren and pets) had a lovely experience staying at the Reel Em Inn. The house is within walking distance of most activties including a hop, skip jump to the beach. The layout of the house provided the perfect balance of privacy and common area. The beds are oh, so comfortable! The back yard was our goto for family dinner! I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our time at Reel ‘Em Inn at Old Orchard Beach. The house is within walking distance to the beach and pier! The hosts were great at communicating with us and answered any questions we had promptly. Our group of nine was very happy with everything. There was plenty of space for everyone.I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful home in a great location

I recently stayed at Reel Em Inn with extended family. Our group had six adults and five teenagers. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, shower, and hang out. The home is beautiful, spotless, and in a fantastic location on the beach block. John was very responsive to messages, even sending a lobster pot and crackers when I inquired if any were available. There were a dozen brand new beach chairs available for use, and our group utilized the outdoor space for a fire and cooking out at night. We will definitely be back!

The best yet!

10 of us stayed for 7 nights. There was plenty of room for both privacy and together time. Having A/C was a big plus since we were there during a big heat wave! The beach was a hop, skip and a jump away which was perfect. The pier, arcades and restaurants were an easy walk! The back patio with the fire pit was a fun place to make s’mores and have room to cook on the grill and eat outside together. My kids, their spouses and my 4 grandkids all want to return next year, as do Mike and I. I think we’ve found the perfect spot for us! Did I mention the beds were amazingly comfortable too! The owners have done a wonderful job renovating this property. They were on top of any questions we had. We will be back!

Nice weekend stay

Property is clean and in a great location in OOB. Owner very responsive, except for right after check in for a few hours when we had questions about parking (first come first served on the street if you have more than 1 car) and about a few items needed. He had the items quickly delivered however once he did respond (a fluke perhaps as he was very responsive both prior and for the remainder of the stay). House is very clean, close to the beach and worked great for our family’s stay. Very nice large, enclosed patio with fire pit and outside shower. Amtrak does go through area until about 11pm and starts again around 4am-but a decent fan or the a/c unit can drown that out. Home is close enough to the action but far away enough to keep the noice down. Would rent again!
