Pleasant Stay

My family had planned a trip for my daughter’s 3rd birthday (at Disney) and this house was perfect for us! It was nice and spacious, and had the amenities we were looking for! The neighborhood was quiet and charming and close enough to any major store for anything you would need. We all really enjoyed our stay and had the best time!

The owners and property managers were very accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, but it had a great view of the lake behind the house. Even though it's a little further than we're used to staying from Disney, the extra room and comfort the house offered was worth it. We'd definitely stay again. Thank you.

Gem near Disney

I've stayed in many Disney vacation homes, and this one stands out. I think it could have been slightly better to have more laundry detergent pods for the dishwasher and also bleach for the towels. The water dispenser on the fridge was also out, but there was a local market around a few minutes away for fresh water so that was perfect there. The beds were comfortable for the adults and little ones.

Mini November Vacation

This property was in a mostly quiet gated community. Lots of nature around the pond in the backyard. Excellent wifi and a clean home. Only drawback is the cable TV was out and had only basic channels. It was a great overall stay. Going back to stay in this community in March of 22.

I stayed at this home for a total of 3 nights while visiting from Massachusetts. The home was spacious and we had more than enough room for my family. The pool was lovely and the location was ideal. I brought my own towels so I wasn’t concerned about the old, dingy bath towels. The lighting in the dining room was very dusty and so were the DVD player/cable box. I wish the kitchen were cleaner as I found a roach while looking for utensils. There was also an old toothbrush, a toothpaste tube, and a sock in between the couch cushions (I dropped my phone in there) most likely from a previous guest. I could have lived without the cobwebs. I called Gary who I think was the property manager about the beeping smoke detector and he texted me back to let me know he would come by to replace the batteries, which he did and he was super nice. I just wish he had called when he was outside instead of coming around the back which startled me. Overall, I had a nice time, but as affordable as this home was for us, the cleanliness could have been better and the creaky beds could use some updating/repairs.

Clean and quiet. Nature watching dream !! Highly recommend.

First of all I need to stress that this place was Very clean and quiet. Didn’t see a single bug in the house. Actually, for that sake, we didn’t see any outside either ! But we did see lots of different, beautiful birds and even an alligator ! It was very enjoyable to sit out by the pool and watch them hunting and playing. The property manager was super nice and he was very responsive to my questions. The only downfall was that Grocery stores, etc. are kinda far away and the traffic was atrocious, It took us twice as long to get places. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing either ! There is a 7/11 just 2 minutes away but plan on 20 minutes to get to a publix or Walmart grocery store. All in all we had a fantastic stay and I would suggest renting this house to anyone who’s needs it suits.

Family trip to Disney

We could not of asked for a better place to stay. The house was very clean, pool area was nice and relaxing. Loved that it was a gated community and the neighbors were all friendly. Every place you needed was within 10 miles. Gary was always available if anything was needed and would show up to fix something quickly.

We had a very nice stay! Only things that we had issues with was no cable, the sliding glass door was hard to open and close, and the lighting by the pool area. It needs just a little more lighting! We really enjoyed our stay, we will book this house again!

Great Escape

The location of the property was minutes away from the airport and many attractions. After a day out and about, we enjoyed the serenity of the lake as we sat poolside and enjoyed the sunset. All the comforts of home we will definitely reserve this property again.

This was our second time staying here for our family vacation.  The gated street gave us a safe environment. The home was beautiful and very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Fully equipped kitchen.  Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much and the back lake view and the sunset were amazing.  25 min. to Disney World. Tennis Courts, Play Ground and nice walking trails. Will come back again for sure.
