This 3 bed/1.5 bath cape is newly renovated and available for the first time for seasonal rentals. Private lot abutting National Seashore with walking trails. (nearest neighbor is 1/4 mile away) Plenty of off road parking. The back yard is a serene outdoor oasis where only the sound of nature will be heard. A newly installed 16x16 trek deck will have ample areas for eating, grilling, and relaxing. New outdoor rainfall shower. The hammock is a perfect spot for reading a book, lounging, or catching a nap. Plenty of grass space for some good old fashioned lawn games. All new mattresses, textiles, (including sheets and towels), and new kitchen appliances. Washer/dryer is available in basement. New 55" smart tv, Alexa, and cable/wifi.

Fun at 45 Higgins Hallow Road

This was an amazing experience. Brian was so accommodating and had everything we needed. The location is ideal for a short bike ride to the beach. Nice and private. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be going back next year!!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was newly renovated and well appointed with everything you’ll need to feel at home. The property abuts a trail to walk to the cliff overlooking the beach. It is very private and quiet. And yet a very short drive to ponds, ocean and bay side beaches, Truro center. Brian is a lovely host.
