Airy Contemporary with Pond Views, Truro, Cape Cod

Our elegant, contemporary two-level home has perfect flow for family living and casual entertaining. Spacious living area has wood-burning stove, skylights, sound system and television with DVD and VCR. Sliding glass doors lead to a large deck overlooking woods and a small pond. The fully-equipped kitchen includes toaster, coffeepot and microwave.

The property is within walking distance of Corn Hill, a beautiful family beach on the Bay side. We are a short drive or bike to Truro's beautiful ocean beaches and swimming ponds. The home has been in our family for many years and is well loved. It is a quiet respite midway between the bustle of Provincetown and the galleries and theater of Wellfleet.

Perfect Location

This location, near Corn Hill Beach, rekindled memories for us, our adult children, and the grands. The house is comfortable for a family group, with a new deck, large grill, and beautiful new kitchen. It was a great week.

I love this house! It is warm, has splendid views and is very well equipped. Jolie was very helpful and responsive. I hope to return to this wonderful, serene place.

Woodland Getaway

Spacious, comfortable home with great nature views & close to the beach. We had a few minor issues which were resolved quickly thanks to the owner's super communication. Jolie was a wonderful host. Highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful stay close to Corn Hill Beach

This house was perfect for our family of 8. Even more perfect is its proximatey to Corn Hill Beach--one of the most beautiful bay beaches on the Cape. The open layout of the first floor worked well to keep an eye on small children and we enjoyed the deck for coffee in the morning. Mosquitos were busy during our stay so the deck wasn't used much at night. The bedrooms are large, unlike many rental houses and 2 1/2 baths really helped with 8 people. My favorite was the outside shower which is totally private and felt great after a day at the beach. A few more fans would have made our stay perfect.

This house was lovingly built by our family in 1974 having owned the land since the early 60s. We purchased it at the same time as our friends, with whom we'd made an annual trek to the Cape every summer. Finally, we made a commitment to an area we treasure.

For us, the Cape, and especially Truro, is a place of beauty, growth, and friendship. Truro offers the unique quality of tranquility, as there is minimal commercialism, while it has easy accessibility to the hubbub of Provincetown and Eastham and the rest of the Cape for nature, entertainment and shopping.
