For 30 years I have lived, sold real estate and raised my sons in this great town. We moved from Southern CA to enjoy the mountains and my sons raced with Team Breck for many years. I bought this unique gorgeous home years ago and recently remodeled it to showcase its full beauty. I love sharing beautiful things and know it will be greatly appreciated.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the privacy of backing the Klack open space. Surrounded by Aspen trees it creates a natural buffer keeping things quiet and secluded. It is visited by fox, moose and bear yet just a couple of blocks from town.

What makes this property unique

This property is like no other. The renowned architect Jon Gunson designed and live here years ago. This was his person home. It has so many unique lovely aspects to admire including vaulted ceilings, corrugated tin wall, inside garden box, 4 skylights, angles in every room and many windows that bring the outside in. It is a breathtaking delight.
