Main Level: Upon entry, you'll step into the heart of the home. This level features three bedrooms, each with a luxurious king bed. Two bedrooms are generously sized, while the third offers a more intimate, cozy feel. The primary bedroom also includes a convenient laundry closet. A fully equipped kitchen and cozy dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. The living room provides a comfortable space to gather and unwind. Here you'll discover 55" 4k smart television where you can stream any of your favorite shows. Additionally, there are two and a half baths on this level.

Lower Level: Head downstairs to find a secondary living room featuring a pellet stove, perfect for chilly evenings, and a 65" smart TV with surround sound. From here, step onto the partially covered patio to take in the serene forest views. This level also includes a private washroom and separate shower room for added convenience.

Upper Level: The charm continues upstairs with a loft-style open bedroom featuring two twin beds. This cozy space offers a quiet retreat within the home.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the linens on the beds, we'll take care of it!
Place trash in the bear bin outdoors. Any waste that does not fit in the two 30-gallon trash bins must leave with the guest(s).
Check for all your belongings (check drawers, laundry area, and closet) and ensure all windows and doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max 8 guests. Registered guests only — no sneaking in extras, even if they promise to help fight off the bears. 🐻
You’re in a high fire zone 🔥 — no wood/charcoal fires, ever. Propane grills only, 10ft from anything flammable. Red Flag Warning = no flames at all.
Wildlife is part of mountain life 🐻. Keep doors shut and all trash inside the bear bin. If it doesn’t fit, it’s yours to haul.
