The house is lovely and comfortable and the yard and setting is beautiful. We loved the proximity to the beach (exactly as advertised) and that we could bring our two dogs (the large fenced yard was definitely a bonus). The house is missing a few essential items like bath mats in the bathrooms (we had to use towels) and a couple soft blankets/throws (not the heavy comforters in the closet). The stairs going up to the second floor master could also use a runner – they are very steep and slippery and my husband almost had a bad fall coming down them. Overall, we had a great stay in York (we always do!) and enjoyed the house very much. Unfortunately, we probably won't be coming back unless a stair runner is added because the stairs were a bit too challenging to navigate as is.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Its on a very private street. The house is decorated from years of attention and love. The listing is not correct, it is alot more then a 3 min walk to the beach. If you have kids and anything beach related, its more like 10 to 12. Also, when you get to the beach, you are very far south. No lifeguards until you walk south towards the sun and surf restaurant. Just giving accurate description. The bed rooms are nice, dowstairs has 2 and upstairs is like its own apartment. The screened in pourch is amazing. We were out there alot. My only true complaint would be, we had a issue with the tiolet and i kept reaching out on the app and got no response. I had a guys number that cleaned the house when i arrived and I texted him. He got the ball rolling and fixed my issue but it was not the traditional way. Other then that we had a great time
