This Hilton Head rental home features a screened in porch with vaulted ceiling and outdoor seating. There is a private pool in back yard.

The spacious and livable design has a large kitchen with counter seating for six and a dining room with seating for eight.

The large primary bedroom has a private entrance to the pool area. All bedrooms have private baths and the primary bath includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

An outdoor gas grill overlooks the pool area. It's just a short walk to the ocean! This vacation home works well for a family or group of friends looking to relax.

The pool can be heated (June - October) for an additional fee.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sorry but this property is not up to scratch. We were 8 guys on a golf trip 4 in this house and 4 in a different property. The furniture and appliance's are old and dated. I think the biggest TV was 40in. The carpet in the bedrooms felt dirty and worn out. But the icing on the cake was the feces that came out of the jetted tub in the main bathroom while it was in use. Not somewhere I would stay ever again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing trip! Home is the perfect size for 8 guests and we had a wonderful time. The only complaint is that the "house amenities" were basically non existent. 2 rolls of paper towels for 3 night stay, 2 trash bags, nothing for cooking other than the hardware, no oil, salt pepper, COFFEE, nothing. Luckily we had one group at the store and one at the house communicating, but it was a little disappointing. We left what was unused so hopefully the next group lucks out!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is large and has ton of space to hold a good number of guests. The pool was a bit messy and so was the furniture. Inside the house was very outdated. Tiles loose and random holes. Needs a little TLC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for a large group.lots of space. Access to bikes was key to making it easy to get to all the activities . The house was a little worn but everything worked which was most important. The only issue we had was every day we needed to call and have the door code changed as it locked us out daily. They were nice about updating it but it was something that could have been avoided.
