This Hilton Head Island home rental features an open floor plan that is ideal for family gatherings - and you'll love the private pool! The dining room has seating for eight and a wall of windows flanking a French door that opens to the outside deck.

The deck has an outdoor dining table for four. Steps lead down from the deck to the pool with outdoor foot shower.

The kitchen features state-of-the-art, stainless steel appliances including double wall ovens and a professional style gas counter-top range. A large and open dining/serving counter with four barstools connects the kitchen and the adjoining dining room.

The Bedroom 1 features TV/DVD, a large window with a pool view and a spacious private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 both feature TV/DVD. Up a half flight of stairs is the large, cathedral ceiling bonus room, which is furnished as bedroom 4 and offers 4 Double Bunk beds with 2 Twin Trundles and a TV.

There is a generous driveway for off-road parking. This home is within short walking distance to the beach.

Pool heat is available (June 1st -October 1st) for an additional fee.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The location was great. An easy/close walk to the beach. The pool isn't large but was perfect way for us to start or end our days. This was a great place for us. Palmetto Dunes is beautiful and has a lot to offer. We rode our bikes everyday. Stopped bye The General Store daily. I would recommend staying here. Thanks, John

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this place without looking at it first but for the price i assumed it was nice. It was not nice, needs urgent updating everywhere. Bathrooms need improvements, poor water pressure, pots and pans, silverware and everything else needs to be thrown out and replaced, etc...

Great location, needs updates

Pool was nice but bugs and leaves are a minor issue. Needs a serious update…paint, better lighting in the rooms, maybe new ceiling fans with lights, better furniture. The furniture in the family room is not the same I’m the picture. It is just a bunch of oversized seats pushed together so lying on it is a bit of a challenge, a few sofas would be much better. Extra refrigerator in the garage was great. Kitchen was very nice too. The location is very convenient to get to the bridge…10 min or less to the beach. Overall we enjoyed it, but with some updates it would be really nice. Good value for the money.
