This amazing house is a 2br 1 bath gem. The garage has been finished into another Airbnb called the Speakeasy Listening Room. Although a breezeway shares a common wall with the Delaware Mid-Mod Escape, this space is fully separate and private.
You'll have access to the entire home but not the backyard or rear deck. That space is exclusive for the Speakeasy Listening Room Airbnb.
I live nearby and am always available.
The Delaware is located 2 blocks from War Memorial Park and less than 1/4 mile from I-81 Exit 13. Only a mile from Restaurants, Shopping, and the Marc Train.
Uber and Lyft are available. We are also approx. 1 mile from the Marc Train in downtown Martinsburg.
Quiet time from 10 PM to 7 AM.
