The block and room are modern, very clean, and the apartment doors are very robust, with triple locking.The balcony overlooks Znjan beach, with a great view of the ferry ships going back and forth to Brac.The beach has recently been developed with modern facilities, is very popular with young families, and is a great spot for sunsets.The apartment owner Mario was extremely helpful, and gave me a very interesting insight into the history of Split, how it has developed, and what's planned for the future. He told me on the first day that Znjan beach is the best in Split, and I would definitely agree with him.

Our apartments are beach and sea view apartments , located 100 m from newly renovated most modern beach on Adriatic coast Znjan with all content of the beach you can dream off. 5 min walk is well equipped supermarket. Mall of Split biggest mall is 10 min drive. To city center you can walk , or take local bus .

What makes this property unique

We have done everything last 10 years to make our apartments unique and very well organized and equipped for longer stay .
