Welcome to your modern coastal retreat on Sail Bay! This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome combines luxury comfort with an unbeatable location — direct bay access and just minutes from Mission Beach and Pacific Beach.
The ground floor welcomes you with an open living area, featuring a plush sofa, love seat, and large flatscreen TV atop elegant tiled floors. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all cookware and dishware you'll need for family meals or casual gatherings.
Step outside to your private patio with a built-in spa, perfect for soaking after a day on the sand. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, private balcony, and spa-like ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed with trundle, private bath, and TV.
Head to the rooftop lounge for breathtaking Sail Bay views, spectacular sunsets, and seasonal SeaWorld fireworks. Comfortable seating and fresh coastal breezes make it the ideal gathering spot for your group.
