Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash goes in containers outside the garage door. Blue top is recycled trash. Trash day is recycled on Thursday and regular(brown top) on Friday.
Bedding and towels can be left on the floor

We have lived here for 38 years, but have rebuilt our house in 2024, so it is fairly new. We are now retired from our career jobs. We travel to see our kids and grandkids in other states and for other interest.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is a 5-acre community. It gives us a sense of being out of the city even though we're right in the middle of it all.
What makes this property unique
This property is 5 acres. Our family has the luxury of having a pond to enjoy, plenty of room to run around in, and having a garden. The property is completely fenced and has an entrance gate that offers extra security. The gate code will be furnished the day of arrival.
