The Space:

The entrance to the house is up a level of stairs, with a midway landing that leads to the front door. Inside is an open concept living room/kitchen/dining space. There are 4 kings, of which 3 king en-suites with private baths and balconies. The 4th king room plus one room with 2 double beds and balcony with shared bath. There are 4 full and 1 half bathrooms. The backyard has a covered patio lanai area next to the pool with seating for both dining and separate lounging, sun loungers, and areas with shade all day. Garage parking for 2 cars plus 4 more uncovered.



Guest Access:

Private entrances from garage to ground level foyer with elevator. A private entrances up a flight of stairs from foyer. A third private entrances from outside stair case.
