Relax in this cozy and recently updated bungalow. This desert retreat offers a restful stay with a quality mattress, blackout curtains, AC, and private laundry. Enjoy a private, fenced yard with outdoor seating, plus a desk space with high-speed internet for work or play. The fully stocked kitchen ensures convenience during your stay. Ideally located just 2 miles from the UofA and Banner Medical Center, and within a mile of the lively Grant/Campbell restaurant and coffee shop strip. While located off a major street, the home offers easy access to local amenities, though it may not be the quietest or most secluded spot.
***Please note that this unit is part of a duplex, and the bedroom shares a wall with the adjacent unit. While the majority of guests have found their stay to be peaceful and comfortable, occasional sound transfer between units can occur. To ensure a restful experience, we've provided a white noise machine on the nightstand. We also observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM in both units to help maintain a calm and respectful environment for all guests.***
While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, please be aware that guests in Unit 3, located at the rear of the property, may occasionally need to pass through the side yard to access their unit. The parking lot is located in front of the duplex, so this will not affect your parking space or overall experience. For added security, access to the side yard requires a code, which is provided exclusively to guests of Unit 3.

Overall it was decent price in a nice neighborhood the only problem that me and my fiancé had was the driveway mess up our tires and most of the dishes were dirty. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again and recommend this place to others.

Kitchen amenities could use updating (cookware was lacking & in poor shape. Living rug needs cleaning.A blanket for the air mattress would be nice.Sound from adjoining unit could be heard from bedroom.
The description states that there is "one queen sofa bed and one twin bed" in the living room. That was not the case. There was a sofa that didn't fold out and a futon-like thing that unfolds into a kind of bed but it's no more than a cushion on the floor. I can't imagine sleeping 5 people in the unit. For 2 people it would have been fine, but woth 2 adults and 2 kids it was tight.

The host didn't provide wash cloths. There was only one hand towel. The kitchen had one dish towel and no dish cloth. There were only 2 random coffee cups and only two large drinking glasses. The washer and dryer was outside. They were dirty. The shower was three (3) feet by three (3) feet. If you are a larger person, you will not fit. The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner are on the shower floor. Little difficult to bend over to pick up.the bed is a mattress in a metal frame and it squeaks This is not a 5 Star unit.
