I started hosting because I love creating a cozy, welcoming space and let’s be honest; I wanted my guests to have the same wonderful memories exploring the Eastern Shore as me and my family have done for the last 6 years. Our neighborhood feels like a quiet coastal retreat. Picture this: a peaceful property nestled between Kiptopeke State Park and just a short drive from the charming historic downtown where visitors have easy access to beaches, nature trails, a fishing pier, boat ramps, facilitating various outdoor activities and great dining options. There’s a mix of natural seclusion and community warmth, which makes it feel both like a getaway and a home.
What makes this property unique
Our home was recently renovated and offers modern features such as energy-efficient appliances, an electric fireplace and whole house water filtration system, all for your convenience. There are four spacious bedrooms, beautifully furnished and decorated. The large fenced backyard has plenty of seating, ideal for outdoor gatherings, There is also a side storage shed for guests where we store beach chairs and additional accessories for you to enjoy.
