Spacious with new bedding
We enjoyed our stay! Came for college tours and it was well located for that. Also close to gas, groceries, and restaurants. Slept well on all new bedding and had plenty of clean towels, wash cloths, etc. Also appreciated the new hot water boiler and that the kitchen had enough plates, pots, pans to keep us happy. Showers had good pressure and were stocked with shampoo and body wash. Had a couple of issues with ants in the bathroom and the kitchen, but am guessing previous occupants had a habit of leaving out food as there was no food anywhere that could tempt them when we checked in (not even cooking oil or spices - but there was salt and pepper). There was also a glass table in the back yard that had been recently shattered and only partly cleaned up. (Also whoever cleaned it up had put the glass in the recycling which seemed odd to me. Can glass shards be recycled?) We didn’t spend much time outside though so that wasn’t a big issue for us. Some furniture was in need of replacement, but it worked well enough and we would stay here again. The host was very responsive and check in and out directions were clear. We also liked having a garage to park in.
