Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Dandridge lake retreat. Brand new construction. This gorgeous house features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or friends looking for a peaceful getaway. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower, guests can unwind after a day of exploring. The living room offers an additional space with a cozy twin bed for extra comfort. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Dandridge and our house has to offer. Our kid's room has a ball pit with magnetic fishing, Our house has a game room with a boat bar, pool table, and arcade machines. Free lake access and boat slip on Douglas Lake only a 5 min walk away. Park your boat or jet ski there and fish. Use the slide and outdoor dining there as well. We are an hour away from the Great Smoky's National Park in Gatlinburg, 45 min from Pigeon Forge, and 30 min from Sevierville.

My family had a wonderful time during our stay! We all enjoyed the game room, hot tub and putting area at the house. My daughter and I enjoyed the kayaks while the boys fished at the dock. The house was beautiful and other than the closets not being finished, no issues at all! Would absolutely stay here again!

The home was exactly as described. The home was clean, spacious, and inviting. Plenty of places for the family of 5 to spread out. My 15 year old boys spent hours in the game room perfecting their pool game and playing on the retro video console and playing in the ball pit in the their bedroom. The hot tub was great, beautiful with the lights around it. The owner got back to me whenever I had a question. Waking up with the mountain view was perfection. It was the first year without my father with us and the decorations made it feel welcoming. The location was very convenient to groceries and not too far from the major attractions. The only negative we have to say is that the beds were a bit hard. Beautiful home, beautiful town, beautiful view, what more could you ask for. We would love to return.

Cute and convenient

Cute lake house with hot tub and put put. Very convenient. Can probably use a bit more cooking utensils. It’s a new construction so the closets weren’t ready but we had ample space.
