Spacious Living Areas: Upon entering, you're greeted by a welcoming foyer that leads to an elegant formal living room and a separate dining room, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a quiet evening.
Modern Kitchen & Cozy Family Room: The well-appointed kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a delight. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy family room, ideal for relaxation. French doors open to an enclosed rear porch, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
Luxurious Bedrooms: Upstairs, the spacious master suite is a true retreat, complete with a skylight and a recently updated private en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms share a hall bathroom, and a third bedroom makes for a perfect home office or guest room (pull-out sofa chair included).
Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to a fenced-in double lot backyard, a rare find in downtown Charleston. This private space is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours prior to arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. In case of any technical issues, a physical key will be available on-site as a backup.

Harleston Village is a quiet, historic neighborhood known for its tree-lined streets and classic Charleston architecture. It’s home to Colonial Lake and just a short walk from the College of Charleston. You'll find a mix of charming residences and local favorites tucked along every block. Easy access to King Street makes dining and shopping a breeze. It’s ideal for those who want to be close to the action but enjoy a more peaceful setting.
Getting Around:
Walking and biking are the preferred modes of transportation when downtown, but other options include: Uber, Lyft, and Charleston Black Cab Company.
The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just 2 blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.
Other Things to Note:
PETS - As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property.
SMOKING - No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.
NOISE - Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 10pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please stay inside and be considerate of the neighbors. Some of the older properties have that sound travels and we do not refund for noise related issues, that should remain.
EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
