At a walking distance of Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and Miradouro da Graça, were you can find two of the most beautiful views of Lisbon, Feira da Ladra – the city flea market- São Vicente Monastery and Panteão Nacional. The famous tram 28 stop is also just around the corner!

Located about 20 meters from Largo da Graça, the main square of the district, at the ground floor of a classical building on a quiet street, this apartment was totally renovated.
The neighbourhood is plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and local groceries so shopping is an easy task.

Loved the Neighborhood!

Travessa House 1 is in a wonderful, historic neighborhood with easy access to shops and cafes. The apartment was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the outside patio.

Hübsche Wohnung in schöner Lage

Sehr angenehm. Der Stadtteil Graca ist klasse, und die Wohnung ist originell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit schönem Dielenfußboden, luftig und in hübschen Farben. Toll der auch bei draußen 32 Grad immer angenehm temperierte kleine Innenhof mit Esstisch und vier Stühlen sowie zwei Sesseln. Etwas überrascht waren wir über die Fensterlosigkeit des Schlafzimmers mit Doppelbett. Wegen der Hellhörigkeit im schönen, gekachelten Haus selbst und von draußen empfehlen wir, Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen. Diese Nachteile wiegen gegenüber den Vorteilen aber nicht schwer - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, zumal die Kommunikation mit Paulo und Sara ausgesprochen gut und freundlich war! Danke!

Perfect location

We loved being in the Alfama district particularly with a neighbourhood shopping area just up the hill. We were so close to everything in the city centre and so much to explore in the Alfama district. Such history!

Perfect place

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Alfama

Die Wohnung liegt ideal, die Altstadt ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle für die Linie 28 und die Haltestelle für den Bus 734 liegen ebenfalls nu zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Flughafen benötigt man mit dem Taxi ca. 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist klein, sauber, sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt hat man alles, was man braucht. Sara und Paolo sind wunderbare Vermieter, siw waren sowohl per E-Mail als auch telefonisch sowohl vor dem Urlaub als auch vor Ort jederzeit erreichbar und waren sehr hilfsbereit, vor allem auch mit sehr guten Tipps zu Restaurants. Wir haben uns in Lissabon und vor allem in ihrer Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Fam. Herrmann (4 Personen), Deutschland

Excellent location and great apartment

Sara and Paulo were terrific hosts. They were very responsive to questions and even allowed us to check in several hours early. Great terrace, comfy beds. Very well lit as well. We often find rentals really lacking in light. One thing to know is the people upstairs were quite loud walking about their home. Everything else terrific.

Great location

Located in quiet neighbourhood but 2 minute walk to a square with shops and cafes. About 15 minute walk down to the water and main square. Place was clean and well equipped . Sara and Paulo were very helpful.

A lovely stay in Lisbon

My husband and I had a lovely, long weekend in Graça in Sara and Paulo's apartment. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I very much appreciated the well-equipped kitchen as spent one night alone and didn't want to eat out on my own. I love the area. The apartment is located very close to amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets) but is very quiet. (I am a light sleeper, so important to me.) It was comforting to know that Sara and Paulo were fairly close on hand should anything arise, but nothing did. So in all, I would heartily recommend this apartment, and next time I am planning to visit Lisbon (still lots to see that I didn't have time for), I will look to see if it's free.

Graça er en fantastisk bydel i Lissabon.

Dejlig og hjælpsom værtinde med mange gode forslag. Fredeligt kvarter, men der er lydt i lejligheden, men her er, hvad der skal være. Vi tager gerne hertil igen.

Notre séjour à Lisbonne nous a ravies : Lisbonne est une ville très intéressante, où nous avons vu beaucoup de choses, et beaucoup marché, et quel plaisir de rentrer dans l’appartement de Sara et Paolo ! Tout y était conforme à la description, décoré simplement et avec goût, et encore mieux que sur les photos, dans un quartier calme et central. De plus, Sara et Paolo sont des hôtes charmants qui nous ont accueillies chaleureusement et nous ont donnés des conseils et des indications bien utiles !

Excellent Location

We loved Lisbon. we spent 5 nights in this house and couldn't have asked for better, if we ever return we would choose this house again. The house is very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Sara and Paulo provided us with plenty of information on Lisbon. It is located in a safe quiet street within 50 metres of the square in Graca, where there is a taxi rank, bus, tram, supermarket, cafes, bars, restaurants, everything you would want. The sea and train station is 10 minutes walk.

Great week in Lisbon

Starting with a warm welcome by our friendly hosts and also ending with a great service, we have spent a marvelous week in Lisbon. The apartment is nicely located in the Graça district, with some of the attractions nearby. All other areas and locations can easily be reached by tram or Metro. For three persons there is enough space, and the apartment is equipped with what you need to make the stay relaxing. Definitely to recommend!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Graca

Wir haben uns bewusst für diese Ferienwohnung in Graca entschieden, da wir uns in diesem Viertel sehr wohlfühlen. Sie ist genauso, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Vermieterin Sara ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Vorteilhaft war auch, dass man nach dem Laufen durch Lissabons Hügel nur ein paar Treppen nach oben ins Parterre musst und nicht noch bis ganz hoch. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Obrigada :-) Ein paar Tipps: Man kann am Largo da Graca gut und günstig frühstücken, z.B. in der Padaria Portuguesa oder im Cafe SAGA auf der anderen Straßenseite. Zum Miradouro da graca sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, in die Stadt kann man auch mit der 28 fahren oder zu Fuß gehen. Am unteren Ende der Straße geht man links um die Ecke und findet 2 Bushaltestellen, die z.B. zum Bahnhof Santa Apolonia oder auch einfach in die Alfama fahren. Besonders abends zurück ist der Bus 712 hilfreich. Mit der Viagem ist man am flexibelsten.
