This place was half the price of other condos. It was clean but not fancy. Easy access to pool and beach and boardwalk. Would stay again.

The location of the condo is fantastic. In the middle of several different areas that are a short drive away. The beach was beautiful and was never crowded. The place itself has everything you need and can fit four to five people comfortably. Anything you need for the beach is there aa well and there was even a cooler. I would gladly stay again and would recommend this spot to anyone who loves an accessible beach nestled in a vibrant beach town.

Family Friendly Fun

Sandy Shores was the perfect spot for our family vacation! We have four children and the two bedroom condo was the perfect size for us! Pool and beach access was excellent and close walking distance to John's Pass was an added bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time staying at this condo! It was extremely clean, cozy, and perfectly located right on the beach. The pool and patio area were beautifully maintained, and everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming.Easy check-in and had all the basic amenities for short stay. A tip for future guests: bring your own beach towels or grab some when you arrive — they make a fun souvenir too! Most everything you need is within walking distance, and Target, Walmart, and Aldi are only about 10 minutes away and very easy to get to. The covered parking was also a huge plus.Thank you for keeping your condo so updated and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

These were the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a beach rental. All of them. Plenty of pillows and blankets also. The condo was perfect. I ended up with myself, my adult daughter, and four children. There was plenty of room for everyone. Even the table on the balcony was nice and had room for us all. There was plenty of flatware, pots, and pans, and other kitchen items to allow us to cook a few meals ourselves. The location couldn’t be better. Right across from Johns, Pass, Village, and steps to the Suncoast Beach trolley North and South. The pool was wonderful and the beaches right there. We had a terrific time and I wish I would’ve booked more days in our stay. We will definitely go back again. The communication with the host was incredible. They were available by text or by phone call. I had one issue when I first got there. The lightbulbs in the kitchen overhead light appear to have mostly burnt out. I sent them a text with a picture and a description and they had someone out the next day to replace the lightbulbs. He was very nice and was very efficient and getting the bulbs replaced. Yay! Everything else worked fine and was exactly as expected. And again, those beds were so comfortable. I could have rented the place out for three months and been totally happy. Remember to check for instructions they will email to you before check-in. It has everything you need. Excellent experience with this beach condo.

Great location and our room was very comfortable. The family before us brought in so much sand so maybe a better way to wash chairs etc when coming off the beach. The room was nice, shower in the master beautiful. The fan on the patio didn’t work but property managers were very responsive to all questions or issues. My one complaint is the number of passcodes to get in and out of elevators, stairs, room, beach etc but I appreciate the security.

Great place for a vacay

We loved the location and how we were on the beach. The rooms were perfect and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were just as nice. We also enjoyed the covered parking, and beach towels/toys provided.

Great Vacation Trip
