Spacious and welcoming apartment in the perfect location, very safe & secure. Close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a short drive to the beach.

The apartment is cool and fresh with air conditioning in both bedrooms. There's a swimming pool and garden area as well as a balcony in the apartment.

There's a 24 hour supermarket just 2 minutes away, convenience stores and pharmacy just in front of the apartment block.
The main bus station is a 5 min walk, from there you can access the whole of the Yucatan Peninsula with easy access to:

The host stopped by to welcome us. He gave me their number in case I needed anything. It was an amazing stay, cute and clean apartment. Their is a pool and you are in walking distance to market 23 and 28. I loved my stay!

El departamento es acogedor, está cerca del supermercado, farmacia, del ADO y la Av Tulum, atiende a todo lo que propone y además, los propietarios están siempre dispuestos a ayudar! Fue nuestro mejor hospedaje en México! Estivemos por uma semana e passamos muito bem! O apartamento é acolhedor, está perto de um supermercado, farmácia, da rodoviária e da Av Tulum. Atende a tudo a que propõe e além disso, os proprietários estão sempre atentos a ajudar no que possam! Foi nossa melhor hospedagem no México!

Was really hot . No AC . 278972 in room. Was a bit older. Needs touch ups . Things didn't work well

Was really hot and no breeze . In an ok area. Had to get a cab for most places. Not close to anything. Older place, bars on Windows. Not sure if very safe to be alone. Pool was dirty . No chairs . AC vent in bedroom. Loud noise from the street.

It is hot in Canucn in July which is why people visit. After you broke our washing machine and didn't contact us, you didn't respond to our messages offering help and tips, you left the air con on all day while you were out and even left it on when you had checked out, yet somehow you find the time to write a contradicting review and rate us poorly. 'in an ok area, not close to anything.' Doesn't make sense, what is 'anything' ? It's super close to the bus station, the supermarket, restaurants & bars. In fact you were in a restaurant next to the apartment drinking beer while waiting for for me to give you an early check-in. You checked in the same day as first contact with us, you checked in early, we offered all the help possible and provided to your needs but you seem very ungrateful. No mention of that in your incoherent review... No chairs??? There are 6 dining chairs, 3 bar stools and 2 outdoor chairs in the apartment...! It's unfortunate that you didn't follow the house rules and were very un caring after we had shared our home. I contacted you about the repairs on the washing machine that you broke and instead of communicating you just write a bad review... Says a lot!

Cancun Getaway

This was the perfect place for us and catered for all our needs.. we were out most of the day and could return to a home away from home. The pool in the evenings were great for a cool down! Close to Market 28, about 15 to 20min away from main meeting points for tours and easy to navigate when exploring by rental car. Will recommend to friends for sure. The apt can get very hot, a/c only in main bedroom and no TV. Not a big deal for our group but should be aware of you don't like the heat. Owners were great and very welcoming and available for questions and assistance

Cancun getaway

This apt was perfect for our needs, clean and well maintained. Everything was approx 20min drive away. We booked 2 activities and the pick up points were 10 min from this location. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area which made everything very convenient. We loved cooling down in the pool after a long day out and about! Would recommend this property for couples, friends and small families. Great stay - thank you so much for your hospitality!

The property has one of the best locations in downtown Cancun, it's a small apartment block so more personal and private than bigger blocks.
The apartment is on the 1st floor so there's easy access, it's cool and breezy, has a beautiful inviting swimming pool.
