The Nations is one of the hottest and fastest growing neighborhoods in Nashville, Tennessee. Located close to downtown on the west side of Nashville, close to Sylvan Park and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and breweries.

Getting Around:

We highly recommend Uber/Lyft for a quick and inexpensive way to explore Nashville.

Other Things to Note:

This apartment is on the third floor and can be accessed by stairs only. There is no elevator in the building.



Please park in the private parking lot behind the building. If there are no more spots, you can park in front of the building. Please be sure you are not parking near a fire hydrant.



The trash can outdoors is at the back of the parking lot.



Please read all the house rules before booking. This apartment is only available to book for people living outside of Middle TN. No locals allowed. Strictly no smoking of any kind inside or around the apartment. You will be asked to leave and charged additional fees.
