Enjoy a quiet great neighborhood while you're in town for business or Leisure. Comfortable beds *brand new* w/ a Bluetooth shower experience like no other. Electronic check in is also a breeze. Enjoy the luxury of the all-new kitchen and granite island. New luxury vinyl floors and carpet awaiting your next step.

1. **NO SMOKING** – A $500 smoke cleaning fee will be charged if there is any smell of smoke or if smoking is detected in the apartment.

2. **NO ANIMALS** – Bringing pets into the unit will result in a $500 allergen cleaning fee if observed.

3. **REMOVE SHOES** – If it is snowing or raining, please remove your shoes when upstairs.

4. **CLEAN UP AFTER COOKING** – If you use dishes, pots, or pans, please clean them. You may place them in the dishwasher and use the provided pods. Failure to clean up will result in a $50 additional cleaning fee.

5. **DISPOSE OF TRASH & FOOD** – Do not leave food or trash on the counters. Dispose of all waste properly. A $50 additional cleaning fee will apply if this rule is not followed.

6. **NO LOUD MUSIC & NO ACCESS TO LOCKED AREAS** – Keep noise levels reasonable. Do not attempt to open the locked closet or basement door.

7. **PRIMARY GUEST MUST STAY** – The person who books the reservation must be staying at the Airbnb. You cannot book on behalf of someone else. If you arrive after other guests, this must be communicated in advance.

8. **TOILET USE** – Only flush toilet paper. Flushing anything else may cause plumbing issues. The plumbing is inspected after each stay, and you will be charged for any damage.

- If you violate these rules, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged accordingly. **No exceptions.**
- If more guests are present than listed in your reservation, your booking will be canceled due to unauthorized occupancy.

The host was very communicative and responded quickly especially when we had some trouble with the keyless entry. The house was perfect and exactly what we needed for Thanksgiving. It was close to the city and close to my sisters place where we spent most of our time. It was nice to have a little place to sleep and recharge. Will look into staying here again on our next trip to Pittsburgh

Tee was prompt responding and very nice. Unfortunately, the apartment was not ready when we arrived. Tee’s cleaners didn’t show up and he cleaned it himself. The apartment needs a thorough cleaning. The stairway up to the bedrooms and bathroom is very step and the step up to the back bedroom is dangerous….you need to be careful and remember to step down coming out of the room and then step up for the bathroom.
