Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out by 11am. The cleaning crew will arrive at 11:15, make sure you are checked out before this time.
Gather towels & take sheets off beds that were used and place items in laundry baskets.
Clear out any perishable food from the refrigerator. Bag all trash & put into the can provided outside of the garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

About the host
Hosted by Kim Mears
This was my moms favorite place to spend her summers. She designed and built the cottage in 2003 and enjoyed her time visiting with local friends, eating lobster and hand painting rocks that she sold to local shops. Mom passed in 2022 and we're keeping her spirit alive by sharing this beautiful and peaceful location
What makes this property unique
The pond is within 50 feet or so from the front door. The days are warm and quiet and the pond is beautiful to sit and enjoy or get in the kayak and cruise around
