The Space:
As you step into "East Austin Oasis," you'll be greeted by a burst of color and creativity. Perfect for gathering and chilling, the open kitchen living are full of art and comfy seating.

Bedrooms:
A cozy queen-sized bed with soft linens will ensure a restful night's sleep. The front room with two twin beds has a desk for working at home.

Our full kitchen is complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up your favorite meals. The open concept design allows for easy interaction with guests in the living area.

Relax and unwind in our bright and airy living room. You'll find comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of space to hang out and plan your Austin adventures.

Bathroom:
A clean and modern bathroom with a shower/tub combo, towels, and complimentary toiletries awaits you.

Laundry Room:
Pack light and make use of our convenient laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer.

Outdoor Space:
The front courtyard has a sitting area and shady pecan tree.

The pictures on the Vrbo sight were somewhat representative of the property, but….for heaven’s sake, just have a professional come in to clean. The house just seemed grimy and in need of repairs. The outside could use a good power wash, the doorknob on the front door was very loose, cobwebs inside and outside. The larger bed was extremely uncomfortable so my husband and I ended up sleeping on the twin beds. The bathroom shower curtain had pink slime on the liner, there was zero space to put any of our toiletries on/near the sink other than the back of the toilet. There was no GFCI outlet installed near the sinks in either the bathroom or the kitchen. Code violation? When I went to use my blow dryer in the tiny bathroom, it tripped a breaker, taking out not only that outlet but the air conditioner. I messaged the owner and waited. After a while my husband went in search of the breaker box and finally got it going again. The owner finally responded over 2 hours later after I had messaged that we finally got it working. I am not one to usually even leave reviews but couldn’t let this one slide. We will not be staying in this property again.
