Thank you for the 5 stars! You were an easy guest to host. Glad the beds worked out — we put real money into mattresses and linens across the portfolio, and the Chic Boho Retreat is no exception. Door's open whenever you're back downtown.

Unit was beautiful remodeled but not adequately stocked with towels or paper towels. No kitchen towels. No bathroom towels or anything to dry hands on. Washer was horribly loud and shock the adjacent room. When I sent host a note they just said the previous

This was a convenient stay for our team between the airport and our tournament, while also close to downtown. The posting was accurate and we appreciated the amount of beds available in the space, and the air conditioning. The check-in was relatively easy and the management company was communicative but there were extra steps compared to a normal VRBO (in my experience), which occurred in the company’s portal. The key code was aligned with our phone number for easy access and entry was super easy. We do wish there were extra linens in the household to use on the beds. We all arrived at various times late at night and discovered that one of the beds still had hair in it from a previous guest. At that point there was no time to rectify before sleeping so we flipped the sheets since no others were available. There was also similar hair left in the shower, and a toothbrush mixed in with the towels left in the laundry machine. There were towels packaged and left on our beds which made us feel more comfortable about cleanliness. There were a handful of small things broken (shower door seal, cabinet handles, etc) which weren’t so impactful but did change the value feel. Overall this was an okay stay - if all had been fully clean we would have felt it was a a quite good experience. Id say as long as the property is thorough with cleaning , this is a good spot for a group to stay with good access to the city and nearby neighborhoods
