It was a lovely place and comfortable stay. The beds were all very comfortable and the kings size really was nice. I loved how close everything was within walking or driving distance. Would stay here again
This place was perfect, location was easy walk to Canyon Road, goregous neighborhood to walk in, the house and a separate Casita was a plus, had everything we needed. You will enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful weekend.
The house and Casita were both well-appointed and very clean. The location is very convenient - walkable to Canyon Road and the Plaza (if you are up for a longer stroll) - but also far enough off the beaten path to provide peace and quite.
The house is beautiful. All the extras you could possibly need - even bathrobes! Great location. quick walk to Canyon Road but quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed the home, neighborhood, and property managers. The house is lovely and stocked with essential gear; the managers responded promptly to a minor issue. We’d definitely stay here again.
We are a group of High School girlfriend’s who met 60 years ago in Northern California. The accommodations were superb! We thoroughly enjoyed the deck up stairs, courtyards and fully stocked kitchen, plus laundry facilities! We HIGHLY recommend staying at this VRBO!!
This was a great house in a great location! Nice quiet and clean! Could walk to canyon road! Plenty of space for our 8 adult family! Would rent this property again!
As Santa Fe Natives we were in town for a family gathering and this house was just perfect for our two families. The location exceeded expectations in being both close to the plaza and at the end of a small quiet street. On tip is that parking at the house can be tight and works best backing into the spaces
Recently returned to Santa Fe for a reunion with several college friends. The house we rented from Casas de Santa Fe was a perfect location for us to all reconnect and enjoy downtown Santa Fe. Just off Canyon Rd and within walking distance to the Plaza, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. We will definitely be using them the next time we are in town.
We had eight family members stay a week t for my husband’s memorial service and celebration of life. Everyone had a comfy bed, a private bath and my one daughter & husband stayed in the casita with their early rising 1-year old. Wonderful great room for visiting with a beautiful wood fire, very clean, perfect Santa Fe decore, lots of parking and good walking location to Canyon Road, Railyard and the Plaza (about a mile). Thank you, it was a lovely stay!
Don Miguel place was beautifully furnished with classic art and a Sante Fe authentic taste. Very well equipped with everything we need and then some. Gorgeous moonlight views from upper deck and full view doors gave the place a more spacious feel in a very urban neighborhood. Christmas Eve canyon road was a 5 minute walk.
We had a fabulous visit to Santa Fe and this house was the perfect home base. Too far for a comfortable walk anywhere but we had a car so that was not a problem. There are some very nice outdoor spaces but the weather didn’t permit our use of them and the living room in the larger house was not great for our group to sit comfortably and talk but the dining table served us well.
Property is very well located. Easy to walk into town or head to the hills. House is well equipped. Casita is fabulous additional space. Only negative is limited parking. People park illegally in front of house and that makes access very difficult at times. Glad we only had to deal with one car. Technically there is space for three but not in real life.

Interesting
It was unique and comfortable. However during our stay the A/C was shut down for the season (warm during day) and boiler shut down to repair (cold at night) it took over 3 hours we had to stay at the house while a team of workers were inside and our things were there. The Casita blinds were broken bedroom and barely usable in living area. Backyard view of burned out house. Neighborhood nice in front and down the road. Despite those problems we enjoyed for the most part our stay.
Perfect place for 8 of us. Our family was very comfortable with the setting. Parking was hard but we managed. Great nextdoor neighbors.

We loved the house.
We loved the house. We would have driven to our destinations no matter how close to them so a mile or two away taking a car wasn’t an issue for us. Karmela eliminated a potential rental problem quickly and in a stress free manner! She was always helpful in answering questions before and during our stay.
