This beautifully remodeled home features almost 2650 square feet of authentic Santa Fe ambiance and luxurious living, with 4 bedrooms (2 with private bathrooms) and 3 bathrooms in total. 3 bedrooms are on the main floor (one has the option of a king bed or two cozy twin beds), and the master and loft are located up the spiral staircase on the second story of the home.

As you enter you will be greeted by an open living, dining and `chefs` kitchen area. The kitchen is generously appointed with elegant cabinetry and a cooking island. Additional amenities include; a bonus room with air hockey, vintage record player and games, two off street parking spots, ample off street parking, a large upstairs balcony providing classic Santa Fe, sunrise and sunset views, rear private enclosed yard with large outdoor table for dining, hot tub, state of the art infrared TEC BBQ and more.
