This self contain studio unit is centrally located. 10 min walk into Hamilton. The unit has a queen bed, 3 piece bath, full kitchen with major appliances. There is a patio infront of the unit with amazing view of the harbor. There is a shared washer/dryer access in the main house for extra charge. Only available if the main house is not rented.

There are four outdoor cameras on the property for security purposes.

The studio unit has a queen bed, full kitchen with a stove, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and a toaster.
The kitchen is fully stock with glasswares, dishwares, cooking utensils, pot & pans to make a meal.
The unit has cold and hot air conditioning. It also has a smart TV for streaming. The front porch boast an amazing view of the harbor.

Quiet hours start at 10 pm - 7 am.
No parties or group gathering allowed.
Turn off AC unit when out for the day.
Conserve water and electricity.
