Welcome to Clairfont Guest Apartments

STUDIO APARTMENT 1

Our studio units feature a living/ bedroom area with a king-size bed that can be split into two twins, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and well-appointed ensuite bathroom.

We are:
* 5 minute walk from the beautiful pink sand beaches
* 3 minute walk from the public transportation
* 3 minute walk to children’s playground
* 17 minutes away from the City of Hamilton


We have 8 self-contained units equipped with separate kitchens, cable TV, telephone service, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi internet service. Clairfont also features a beautiful pool area, laundry facilities, a video and book library, barbeque pits, and a reserve back-up generator to ensure there are no service disruptions even in severe weather. We can also arrange airport taxi transport for a minimal fee.

We have 6 one bedroom units and 2 studio units.

Very good location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Apartment is outdated, but location perfect, has a pool where you can spend time after beach. Be prepare that there is hard to get taxi sometimes, especially during evening time.

Close to the south shore beaches-- a walk away. Comfortable room with kitchen. AC worked well. Bring coffee filters if you want to use their coffee maker. They helped me with scooter rental. Pleasant staff

We really enjoyed our stay. Reasonable price, very short walk to a gorgeous beach, bus stop right there. 1 mile, easy walk to good breakfast spot. Room was spacious, very clean. Just perfect...we are no frills people

Everything was perfect! The place is very spacious and have everything you need! The location is a bit far from town but that are amazing beaches close by and we enjoyed a lot! Check in super easy! 🙌

Very nice clean - close to the beach

Property is a 5-7min walk to the beach. Not ideal if you need to work In Hamilton. Most restaurants are a bike or cab away. Sometimes difficult to get cabs, but Bus to Hamilton is a 3 minute walk(but you need exact change or ticket - was difficult to tell how much the ride was, I had a leftover ticket that worked). If you need to go to Hamilton by cab, it’s $25 each way and the cabs take cash (very few have credit card machines) Overall a really nice property for the price.

The host never sent the keys, the housekeeper let us in only to be knocked on the door by a panicked administrator the next day to ask us to pack up and move (said she didn't get an email from expedia). We asked for a late checkout and didn't get any response and there are roaches, we didn't see one or two, we saw at least 10 in the kitchen, I would upload pictures if I could. The beach was within walking distance and the housekeeper is fantastic in doing what she can to help but the administration is awful. I'm hoping to get compensated for this bad experience.

The apartment was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Close to the best beaches on the island (5 min walk), great restaurants nearby (10 min by taxi) and a local market for quick items in the kitchen. The small pool at the apartment complex was nice too for evening dips. Overall it was a nice experience for a more budget approach to visiting Bermuda.
