We were looking for a place with character that our kids would really enjoy for our San Antonio vacation and this was perfect! Rooms are large so there is plenty of space for everyone. We loved having family game and movie night in the game space. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Funky Casita! The place was exactly as pictured, an eclectic oasis and a true hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood. Shweta was a gracious host and very accommodating to our family’s requests. Everyone loved the funky retro theme and was genuinely excited to spend our time here.

The house itself was great and some good features. We had an issue with the lack of care for the amenities. The pool was not usable because of bottle caps and debris in the pool. There were no trash bags, hand soap or towels in any of the bathrooms. The backyard was was in terrible shape with trash and old propane tanks surrounding the uncleaned and unusable barbecue grill. We tried going in the backyard at night but none of the outside lights worked. We couldn't figure out what the terrible smell in the front yard was, until we took all the trash out to the completely full trash bins. I think the price was a bit much for all of the short comings.

The house was mostly as expected. Some things were broken and a little old but overall a good place to stay. The game room is in the garage but has a mini split for a/c. The kids love it. The only real issue is there is a step down right after you enter the house. My husband almost fell because it wasn't expected. Also the stair are very steep and all of the bedrooms are up so you are up and down alot. The bedrooms themselves are very large. The beds are platform type so they are a pretty firm. We did enjoy the house
