Clean and roomy, absolutely beautiful beach, quiet area. Really recommend if you want a calming vecation. Dough (the host) was really easy to communicate with and will answer the same day if you have any questions. You should have a car or golfcart to get around.

The property exceeded all our expectations. It was very comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. Not to mention the location, just steps from an incredibly beautiful beach. Douglas was very attentive to our needs, always responding quickly and very kindly.

Great Treasure In Abaco

Ocean Villa Rental

My stay at Ocean Villa from May 29th to June 1st was truly great. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, contributing to a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Loved the villa and the location. The beautiful beach is just right down the path through the villa complex, community pool which is also very close is a very nice area to relax. The landscaping through out the complex is beautiful. The villa was perfect with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We did have everything we needed there. Some friendly suggestions would be to have a few books, games and maybe some pickle ball paddles for the court across the road. Thanks for the great rental villa.

The property was very clean. The accommodations were very comfortable. The location was very convenient to the beach and Bahama Beach Club. The pool was clean and never crowded. The owner had great communication the whole trip as needed as well as his on site manager took care of all needs immediately. I would highly recommend the Villa and will be back soon! Thank you!!!

A beautiful spot. It had more privacy than some others because there wasn’t a reason to walk by our door. My husband was thrilled that the pickleball courts were just across from us and the people playing were very welcoming. The villa was beautifully clean and perfect fo four with the two ensuite baths we wished for an umbrella for the outdoor table of shade but that would be our only request. Douglas was very responsive to all our requests. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer venue. Thank you so much. Loved every minute. The power went off a couple of times but never for very long.

Great place to stay! Went for my birthday and it was awesome. The host Doug was very responsive and made check in and everything else super easy! He even helped me set up a taxi from the airport and made the recommendation to get groceries in Marsh Harbor on the way which was the right call. The place was super clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. AC worked perfectly and the showers were nice and hot! Beds and pillows were super comfy. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, beach chairs, trash bags, coffee maker, pots and pans, good WIFI and a cool cable box with all the local channels and movies you could ever need. Even had a gas grill outside on the patio! Will definitely be going back in the future :)

We had a lovely stay at Doug's Ocean Villa. The location is very convenient. The villa is in the row closest to the road, but there was very little road noise, and we kept the AC running, so it didn't bother us. It is still very close to the beach and just a short, maybe 2 minute, walk to the beautiful blue water!As the Bahamas does, there were several power outages, which is absolutely no fault of any of the property owners. However, apparently when the power is out, after a while, the water pump will go out as well. Both times it happened to us were very inconvenient - the toilet needed to be flushed once, and the second time it was about 10:30 at night. My husband was able to get it restarted pretty quickly both times, but if he was not "handy" it would have been a very inconvenient situation. Doug was very quick to respond when we had any issues, so I am certain this little obstacle will be resolved very quickly as well.Outside of that we were very happy with our stay. The villa is well equipped, from beach towels to a gas grill. It was easy to cook for our crew, and we had plenty of space for 4 adults. We would stay here again.

Douglas' condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, bedding comfortable, nice kitchen amenities and the ac in each bedroom plus living room worked GREAT. The condo is next door to the Bahama Beach Club and is a very easy walk there to eat their yummy food... We can't wait to return!
