Large open studio separated from the main house by a small courtyard. Views of the mountains, Colorado River, and Laughlin Nevada casinos. Minutes away from nine golf courses, off-road trails, Catherines Landing on Lake Mead, and Colorado River. Las Vegas 90 minutes away.

Fully furnished with very comfortable Cal king bed, two recliners, kitchen with stocked cooking appliances and utensils. Full-size refrigerator. Large bathroom with an ex-large shower and closet.
Plenty of close safe parking for your toys. Fireplace, AC, WI-FI. Close to shopping and laundry.

Will start accepting snowbird reservations in October. Two month max stays unless discussed in advance and agreed on.
**Same day booking might be available. contact us and we might be able to accommodate.
**Please do not show up with additional guests. Prior arrangements must be made and agreed to. Pets are not allowed due to allergies and a dog that lives on the property.
