50 foot Viking Yacht located in downtown Stuart at a state of the art marina with hot tub, pools, restaurants, sauna, fire pit and walking distance to downtown Stuart. Two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms and one is a queen and one is a bunk. The living room has large leather sectional couch and is also a sleeper. Refrigerator with freezer, stove top, Keurig, toaster, grill, microwave with air fryer, ice maker, full kitchen with all essentials, utensils, pots and pans and spices and a pantry, living room with smart tv and main head room has a smart tv. Wifi. Kayak and life vests and snorkel gear. With central air and heat and three units and living on the water there is always a breeze. All rooms have fans. Free parking on site… Restaurants on site below.
