Perfect location, panoramic views

Condo is in a great location. The kitchen has all the equipment needed to make gourmet meals. I brought my knives. We had a very minor problem with the refrigerator and maintenance was there quickly to take care of the problem. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit small but we all managed. We loved the panoramic views.

A/C was out; no advanced warning of outage or repairs

When we arrived to check in the property manager said he had good news and bad news. The bad news was the AC was out. The good news was that they'd installed portable AC units in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The portable units were LOUD and one woke us up in the middle of the night with a high-pitched noise that didn't stop when we turned it off. We had to unplug it to get the noise to stop. 4 days into our stay, repairmen showed up unannounced at 9am, waking one of my kids and disturbing the other who was in an online class. The workers stayed for 7 hours, ruining almost an entire day. The property manager gave us a Grotto's gift card...as if $40 of awful pizza makes up for the disruption!
