Philadelphia Square unit 4.- Prime location in the second block of Philadelphia St. A beautifully remodeled three story town home located a mere 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk with off street parking for 2 cars plus two on street parking permits for the City of Rehoboth. The first floor provides a spacious kitchen, living and dining area with a half bath. The second floor includes one primary suite and two guest bedrooms with a shared hall full bath. The third floor loft includes a sleeping area and full bathroom.
*This is a non smoking unit and pets are prohibited.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $230.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
Booking Restrictions-
7 Night Stays- starting June through September
2 Night Stays- starting Jan through May and October through December
