Welcome to 32B Virginia Avenue, a recently renovated second-level condo ideally located on the ocean block in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. This inviting home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a sleep sofa in the living room for additional guests. The spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are perfect for entertaining and spending time together. Guests can enjoy panoramic city views and connect with neighbors on the shared rooftop deck—an ideal spot to unwind and recap the day's adventures. For larger groups, the downstairs unit can also be rented, allowing accommodations for up to 20 guests and making this a wonderful option for family reunions or group getaways. Just steps from top restaurants, shopping, the boardwalk, and the beach, you can park your car and walk to everything Rehoboth has to offer. The property includes a private driveway with parking for two cars, shared with Unit A. Amenities include ceiling fans, a private balcony, outdoor showers, and an electronic keypad for easy check-in and check-out. Please note that the rooftop deck, outdoor showers, washer, dryer, parking, and other common areas are shared. Linens are not provided, but a rental package is available. One dog is permitted with a pet fee, and smoking is not allowed.

Excellent location and nice place with most everything we needed. I don't think it's been rented in quite a few years and, therefore, isn't quite up to par with other places we have rented (e.g., no bath mats or kitchen towels, one of the queen mattresses needs replacing, couldn't get Keurig to work, photos need updating, etc.). Otherwise, it's a very nice place and for the most part worked well for our family.

Perfect location in Rehoboth

This is the perfect place to stay in Rehoboth Beach. It's a quick walk to the beach, and it's close to all of the restaurants and shops in town. After we drove to the grocery store on the first day, we didn't move our car all week- we walked everywhere! The house is beautiful, the unit has everything you need, and the location is ideal. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back!

This was our first time in Rehoboth so we really did not know the area. We were very happy with how close everything was, shoppjng, beach, restaurants and boardwalk. We had a wonderful time.

Beach comfort

The apartment was very nice. Had everything we needed and plenty of room for nine of us. It did not bother us at all but some people may not love the steps. There are quite a few. I just thought of it as a great workout. Other than that it was a perfect place to put down roots for the week and re-connect with family.

Summer week stay

Loved the location and outside decks. Overall, was as expected. Some of the sink/shower drains are a bit on the moldy side. Had to plunger the kitchen sink to get it to drain though. Note for the listing accuracy: the pictures of the bed arrangements are not accurate ( thinking one of the pictures is from the 1st floor) Contact is through Remax, not the owner.

Great home and location. Only drawback were bathrooms… one had tub shower that did not drain well and other bathroom was small and had a difficult layout

Great spot for a family getaway!!

Two families with one kid each stayed here for a week in June, and it was great! Well stocked kitchen, close to the beach, clean, with a great porch & roof deck! Even with 6 people we didn’t feel cramped.
