Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We appreciate you noting the upgrades you enjoyed during your stay. We understand your point about the locked storage areas. Each property has unique layouts and configurations, and storage access varies by unit. We'll certainly pass your suggestion along to the owner—accessibility and guest convenience are important to us. We hope you'll consider staying with us again, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions for future visits!
