There are 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower, equipped with all the essentials. The living room offers a cozy space with a sofa bed for additional guests. Enjoy the phenomenal amenities such as WiFi, central AC, 3 smart TV’s, games, books and toys. Included with the rental will have all beach essentials for your use including, chairs, beach umbrellas, beach caddy, etc along with tennis equipment that you can use at our community tennis court. Additional amenities include community pool, private grill, and Bethany beach parking pass, for easy beach access. Our fully equipped kitchen will allow for all your cooking needs and our convenient location puts you a short walk away to several of Bethanys best restaurants. We hope you enjoy what our place and Bethany Beach has to offer.

Great Beach Vacation spot

Erica has a great property. Clean, convenient to the beach with great beach supplies and a fully stocked kitchen! Four friends had a lovely stay here and the screened in porch was the perfect place to relax and eat all of our meals! Access to the pickleball court was also amazing! Definitely recommend!
