All the comforts of home can be found in this second floor duplex apartment (we also have a 3 BR guesthouse below you on the first floor). Full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, garage parking on premises and a beautiful back yard with BBQ grill. Park your car and stay awhile!

This is our second time booking this property and we were so happy be be back. We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The apartment is clean and spacious. Location is super convenient to both campus and the Main St. area. Nina is an excellent host.

Unit was exactly as described. All the comforts of home were provided.Perfect place for a girls weekend in Ann Arbor. Centrally located downtown which made our weekend mostly walkable. A little hiccup with the garage code but the host responded immediately with a resolution. Would absolutely book this again when returning to Ann Arbor.

Great location, but this is NOT three bedrooms, as the listing says. Also, parking is a major issue. If there is more than one car, there is not adequate parking. The house was stuffy and uncomfortable/warm.

Ann Arbor Summer Weekend

Excellent property, and incredible location in the heart of Ann Arbor. As close as you can get to campus and downtown in many respects, the units were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time, and Nina made everything easy. Would highly recommend!

I stay busy running the Guest Houses in Ann Arbor staying in all 4 Guesthouses every other month or so, or I am in my art studio painting abstract art or gardening in the summer in the Smokies. I call North Carolina mountains my home but travel back and forth to Ann Arbor, enjoying my time in one of the 4 Ann Arbor Guest Houses. What a life!

Why they chose this property

I lived in this property back in the 90's on the main floor. In the Spring of 2012 I rented my old apartment again downstairs and the upstairs came available 5 years later. I named it the Artist's Loft as I was looking for a place to hang many of my art pieces. I love this location and I love staying here in the central part of downtown and remembering the 'good 'ol days' when I would dart in and out of my apartment enjoying the fun filled life of living right in the middle of town.

What makes this property unique

Everything is within a 5 block walk, U of M, Main Street, Kerrytown! Okay, walking to the Stadium takes a few more blocks to get there. Having a parking space in town is a big plus if you think you need a car. Teeming life on the streets on the other side of your front door. This apartment is sunny with windows on all 4 sides of the apartment. It is cozy yet roomy enough (around 1000 SF) for up to 6 guests.
