Escape to this spacious little condo at Mariner's Landing Resort at the Pointe, providing room for 2-3. This is an efficiency condo with one room containing a king bed and a full sleeper sofa, with private spacious bathroom with tub. This property showcases a larger space than many of the efficiencies at the resort, as well as a window with a lake view.

This property also provides main level entry from the parking lot. No stairs or elevators needed to enter property which provides easy access. Have a large group coming in and need more space... this condo has a connecting hallway to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with stunning lake views. These can be booked together to provide you with a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo for your enjoyment.

The resort provides everything you need for relaxation and fun. Amenities include: two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, hot tub, private beach, Robert Trent Jones golf course, tennis, Pickleball, and basketball courts. The condo also provides Pickleball equipment for up to four people.

RESORT REGISTRATION: To access the inside amenities and get a code to enter the property, you must register with the resort. Mariners landing charges $15 daily resort fee. (This is added by VRBO) After your booking is confirmed you will receive an email with instructions to complete the registration process. Please follow these instructions to ensure access to building entry and amenities upon arrival. Must be completed 48 hours prior to arrival.

Largest of the Studios at Mariners Pointe-Great Value!

This is our third year back to Mariner's Pointe as vacationers- this unit is somewhat unique as its one of the studios but still on the ground floor with normal windows (the rest of the studios are in the basement level and wont have the windows). So, if you are looking for a value booking (since you are paying a studio price instead of for the 1 or 2 bedrooms) this is the way to do it as you will get a spacey studio room and with windows and therefore light! Our 5 year old was comfortable on the couch and we stayed in the Queen sized bad. Host was easy to communicate with and all check-in procedures were clear and essentially automated. Unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with sufficient cookware and utensils. We would stay here again!

Great little place. Could use some updates like new countertops, but now that would not keep me from staying. The Tub has jets which is nice. Easy access to all the pools, the playground and the Lake with the beach like sand!!! The owner was awesome in responding when I was confused on a few things. My granddaughter came all day Saturday!! She’s never experienced the lake or sand!! She had a great time!! We rented a pontoon boat and the lake is stunning we live in Alabama on Lake Martin and this lake ranks right up there!! There were islands everywhere so we drove up to one and swam in the water all day Friday!!! The water was clear, with a green color stunning. The bed, linens and pillows were very comfortable which is important to me!! We had a great time!! We had a photo shoot which I hired and the pictures turned out great!!

The beautiful resort is amazing for relaxation and adventure. The view at Mariner's Landing Pointe is incredible and the amenities you can use while visiting are outstanding. We enjoy relaxing by the pool, in the sand, playing golf, eating the food, admiring the view and using our boat to explore the lake.

What makes this property unique

This property is great because it is larger than most other efficiencies at Mariner's Landing resort. It also can connect to a larger 2 bedroom condo to provide a 3 bedroom condo for larger groups as needed. It has a window with views of the lake, which is unique for a parking lot side condo.
