Not what we thought it was

When we booked this property we were under the impression it was an entire house as stated in the listing. When we arrived it was a basement apartment. The first few days there was a lot of noise from the upstairs family and kids. If I knew this was a basement apartment I wouldn't have booked this location for my family.

Why they chose this property

We love this location because it is so close to Nemo Road. It is a great place to be close to the city, but also have easy access to the Black Hills. There are also a few parks around the area and trails for either running/biking.

What makes this property unique

This property is a duplex. The entire house is four levels. This Airbnb is the lower two levels. The property owners or renters will be above. Each unit has its own private entrance, and there are no shared indoor spaces.
