Villa Levande, a sea view 2-bedroom Villa with private pool near the beach

Villa Levande is a brand new 2-bedroom villa with gorgeous sea views and a private pool in the traditional village of Sfinari, at about 1100 meters from the sandy/pebble beach. The nearest tavern and a mini market can be found in very short walking distance.

The modern style Villa Levande is about 100 sq m and it has two floors designed in a beautiful way. An open plan living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen which opens to the swimming pool area through glass doors are provided on the pool floor. One bedroom with a double bed and a common shower bathroom are provided on the pool floor as well.

An interior staircase leads to the top floor, where one bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a cabin shower, as well as a furnished terrace are offered. An attic is also provided in this floor, with two more additional single beds.

The sea view courtyard of the villa offers a lovely private pool of 28 sq m with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table. Free wireless internet is provided. Air condition is also available.

Sfinari is a tranquil village, ideal for family holidays next to nature with a lovely sandy/pebble beach. Guests can find a few mini markets and taverns in the center of the village, about 300 meters from the villa and a few more seaside tavernas and restaurants in front of the sea. The sandy beach of Falassarna is 15 km away.

Air-conditioning, bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are included in the price. Light cleaning every 4-5 days is also included for stays of 8 days or longer.
