Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate you mentioning the great location — that’s one of the things our returning guests love most about the bungalow. We were surprised to read your comments about a musty smell, as this was not brought to our attention during your stay. Our professional cleaning team has never detected any odor concerns, and we have not received similar feedback from past guests. Had we known, we would have gladly addressed it right away. Regarding the carpet upstairs, it is actually fairly new, so we were a bit surprised by that comment as well. We continuously maintain and refresh the home to keep it comfortable for our guests. As for the furnishings and overall feel, our goal has never been to create a brand-new, modern space. The charm of our bungalow is intentionally rooted in its character and nostalgic coastal feel. Many of our repeat guests specifically return because they appreciate that relaxed, beach vibe rather than a newly renovated aesthetic. We always value constructive feedback and will continue to make thoughtful improvements while preserving the charm that makes the bungalow special.
