Discover this enchanting 4-bedroom gem in family-friendly Bethany Beach. This beautiful house features a primary suite with king size bed and three additional bedrooms with plenty of beds to accommodate a full house! The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk above and a twin pull out below - and, the 4th bedroom is a perfect bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds, sleeping 4. This house is great for several families or groups of friends. (sleeps 12). The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy meals onsite and the dining table will seat 8 comfortably. There are 4 additional seats at the kitchen island and two booster chairs on property for the little ones. There is a gas grill on the back deck for outdoor cooking and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for those fun nights out! This house is one mile from the beach and the property has several bikes (including a tandem bike) for your enjoyment. Beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and kids toys are house amenties as well. Whether you take the short 15-20 minute walk, ride a bike or grab the Bethany Beach Trolley you'll be at the beach in no-time. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower. The Bethany West community offers 2 swimming pools, kids playground, basketball courts and fitness room for a modest fee during your stay ($30 per week, per person). There are also 4 tennis courts and 8 pickle ballcourts, the house has rackets and balls for both so just bring your sneakers. Experience what Bethany Beach, the quiet family beach, has to offer with a stay at our house!

The home had everything we needed. The location was close enough to everything but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The only thing that would have been nice was more grassy area for the dogs since it was a pet friendly home.

My family of 5 stayed (3 kids under 5) and we fit comfortably. Dale, the owner, was very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The location is great- a short walk to downtown Bethany and the community pool is great. We had a great time with our family! Thank you!

Dale took the time to really make this home feel like we were welcomed to be there and he thought of almost every need a guest would have. It was pet friendly, which allowed one of our sons to join us with his dog. The instructions he offered for the house were on point. He even welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine.

Everything about the property was wonderful with the exception of the back yard area. It was so swampy that it was impossible to use the back deck or outside shower. Mosquitoes were like a jungle they were so bad. We used the grill one night and had to spray to person cooking the burgers

This is a family beach house we decided to start sharing. We have been coming to Bethany for over 40 years and love our time here. Figured it was time to share the wealth and let others start to enjoy or little piece of beach paradise.

Why they chose this property

Bethany West is a great neighborhood for walking, biking or even rollerblading. We love the small streets and back access to the town and the beach. Also having the community pools are a huge bonus for those non sandy days!

What makes this property unique

We are tucked away on a cul-de- sac which makes it a quiet peaceful retreat but still very easy to access everything Bethany has to offer.
